The National Park of Plitvice Lakes which is in fact a miracle nature with 90 waterfalls is a major attraction. One of its sights is the Barac's caves which were reopened for visitors in 2004. The most beautiful times of the year are spring and autumn; Rakovica in winter is like a long walk through the Winter Wonderland.
