On the same block as Shuler is the El Raton theater, also the home of various cultural performances and where locals go to for first-run movies and simulcasts from the Metropolitan Opera. The theater holds an open mike night every Wednesday of the month. Visitors can also visit local galleries to appreciate the works of art of local artists.
