or Sumatra accommodation? Sumatra is a beautiful and the largest island in Indonesia. The island consists of the magnificent Barisan mountain chain, with the active volcano Mount Kerincis and is washed by the Indian Ocean. The island’s main attraction lies in its thick jungles, its rich biological diversity and its beaches which are excellent for scuba diving.
Sumatra’s coast is rich in marine flora and fauna. Scuba diving here will be a unique experience as you explore the hidden treasures under sea. You can also explore Mount Kerincis by starting from the hilly town of Berastagi. Cycling and hiking are popular activities here.
