or Weston-super-Mare accommodation? The typically English seaside town of Weston-super-Mare is located in Somerset, on the shores of the Bristol Channel. It is accessible by bus and train from a variety of cities in the UK, and if you fly to Bristol, and take a bus or taxi to the town itself. Weston Bay, with its clean sandy beach, is the biggest attraction in this small town, although the Grand Pier, which was partially damaged by fire, offers many of the traditional English seaside entertainments. The Helicopter Museum, with eighty helicopters on display, makes for an interesting visit, and although it’s claim to be the biggest in the world in uncorroborated, it is still well worth seeing. For a more mainstream museum, there is also the North Somerset Museum. The Seaquarium on the Marine Parade has twenty-five exhibits of local sea life, or if you would rather explore the sea itself, there are also boat trips onto the bay.
