Wuyuan Accommodation

Searching for hotels in Wuyuan (China) or Wuyuan accommodation?  Wuyuan is a bright beautiful jewel integrated on the edge of three provinces in northeast Jiangxi China. It is also called the most splendid Village and County-side in China because of its impressive landscape sprinkled with unusual caves, many historic places and mysterious rocks.

The County of Wuyuan has many old buildings with distinctive structure and some of China’s best preserved ancient architecture. Wuyuan is among the sixteen ecologically agriculture counties in the country and is regarded as the "Last shangri La" or the last paradise. The Yuanyan Lake, Linyan Cave and Wengong Hill, are renowned ecological marvels.

There are numerous amounts of temples and villages in the area, and beautiful spots where it's satisfying to just walk and admire the surroundings. Just about all of the villages in Wuyuan has something exceptional to offer everyone. Yancun is a little village with ancient carvings everywhere in the village, each with its own encouraging meaning. Sixi Village is very close to Yancunand and is a picture perfect village, like one you would normally see on a postcard.

Nature lovers will enjoy the natural beauty and the enchanting landscapes to the west of the villages. The exquisite countryside heavily forested, hiding lovely rivers, caves and waterfalls. In this direction are the tombs of the great Chinese philosopher Zhu Xi and the Wuyuan Museum which is home to many fascinating displays associated the traditions, history and culture of the county.

Wuyuan has many fine hotels, however, accommodation can also be found in all of the villages which normally have a simpler and cheaper selection of attractive inns. Li Yang Gen in Small Likeng is a fine example and offers a great place to stay.
